Can I have additional Cardholders on my MBNA Business Credit Card account?
Yes, with the MBNA Business Credit Card you can have unlimited additional cards for employees. Each Cardholder has their own credit limit and you can monitor their individual expenditure through individual statements.
How do I transfer a balance?
Call FREE on 08000 922 955 to arrange a balance transfer from one of your existing credit cards or pay off one of your trade accounts. As a Customer, you can call us between 8am - 7pm, Mon - Fri and we can organise everything for you free of charge. Alternately visit www.mbnabusiness.co.uk
Where can I use my MBNA Business Credit Card?
Your card is now accepted at over 20 million retail outlets and over 630,000 ATMs in most countries throughout the world. How can I use my MBNA Business Credit Card Cheques?
The cheque book can be used to transfer cash into your current account. Furthermore, you can use your cheques for anything from paying off other credit cards, to paying your UK business suppliers.
What is the minimum payment I need to make each month?
Each month you need only pay: 2.5% of the outstanding balance (minimum £5.00); or interest charged on the statement, and fees, plus £5.00 or the balance on the statement if less than £5.00: whichever is the least. However if you like, you can pay anything between the minimum and the full balance - it's completely up to you.
Can I view my account details online?
You can access your account details online here. With this service you can:

Enrolling into our Business Cards Online service is quick, simple and above all instant.
This service is free to all MBNA Business Credit Card Customers and is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. All you need is your most recent statement and your MBNA Business Credit Card.
Once you have enrolled, you will be able to:
- View recent transactions and payments
- View monthly statements for the past 13 months.
- Download transaction data into your own finance management software.
- View your PIN.
Please note the Principal Cardholder MUST enrol the company account first.
Help with registration
Principal Cardholders / company administrators
The person who is liable for the account and has the authority to maintain the account
Or
The person who the Principal Cardholder has assigned to run the account (may or may not be a Business Credit Card).
Additional Cardholders
Any person who the Principal Cardholder has requested to be issued with a Business Credit Card.
Principal Cardholders / company administrators
The Principal Cardholder / Company Administrator must first enrol the company account. This is a simple process and will take around 5 minutes. Please ensure that you have your most recent statement and MBNA Business Credit Card to hand.
- Click the "enrol now" button below, enter your 16 digit company account number and click "submit".
- You will be prompted to enter a number of details relating to your company account.
- A confirmation email will then be sent to you confirming your username for the company account.
The company account has now been enrolled and you will now be able to view the total company's expenditure, available credit and payment information.
Now you need to enrol your own Business Credit Card, if you have one. Simply sign on using the company username and password, click on "enrol an account" and follow the on screen instructions. You will then be able to view recent transactions, expenditure and available credit on your own Business Credit Card. Also, you can now advise any additional cardholders to enrol for the service.
Additional Cardholder Enrolment Process
Please ensure that the Principal Cardholder has enrolled the company account before proceeding. Enrolling your Business Credit Card is a simple process and will take around 5 minutes. Please ensure that you know your individual credit limit and have your Business Credit Card to hand.
- Click the "enrol now" button below, enter your Business Credit Card number and click "submit".
- You will be prompted to enter a number of details relating to your Business Credit Card account.
- A confirmation e-mail will then be sent to you confirming your username. Your account has now been enrolled. You will now be able to view recent transactions, available credit and manage your business expenses more efficiently.
